(a) The organization or company owning or benefiting from the Clothing Donation Container or Recycle Bin, or the host site on whose property the Clothing Donation Container or Recycle Bin is situated, must indicate the following information on the container or bin: name of organization or company, address, contact telephone number.
(b) All signage on each Clothing Donation Container and Recycle Bin shall be in compliance with Chapter 1325 “Signs”, as well as any other applicable Chapters and/or sections of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Warren.
(c) Clothing Donation Containers and Recycle Bins shall be maintained in good condition and appearance with no structural damage, no holes in the container that would allow leaks, no visible rust, and free of graffiti or advertising other than the name of the host site or organization or company benefiting from the Clothing Donation Container or Recycle Bin.
(d) The Clothing Donation Containers may only be used as a collection container for clothing. Recycle Bins may only be used as a collection container for the items to be recycled. The collection or storage of other materials, including appliances, mattresses, and/or furniture, is prohibited.
(e) The placement of Clothing Donation Containers and Recycle Bins shall not impede traffic nor visually impair any motor vehicle operation within a parking lot or from a public street.
(f) Clothing Donation Containers and Recycle Bins may not be located on a vacant parcel or on a parcel containing a vacant building.
(g) Clothing Donation Containers and Recycle Bins may not be located in a required building setback, access easement, driveway, parking lane, fire lane, or any area prohibited by the City of Warren’s Planning and Zoning Code.
