In addition to the fees provided for in this Chapter, the Building Division shall charge a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per sign removed under section 1325.04(e), per occurrence, to defray, in part, the costs involved for time and expenses incurred by the City to enforce these Codified Ordinances. All such fees collected shall be deposited into the General Fund and be appropriated accordingly in order to perpetuate the enforcement of this chapter.
