301.062 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.

   “Central Business District”, as used in this chapter, includes all streets within the following boundaries:

(a)   All streets south of, and including Washington Street, and north of, and including South Street.

(b)   All streets west of, and including Chestnut Street, and east of, and including Main Street.
