Effective July 1, 1997, no person may be appointed to the position of Equal Employment Coordinator (or any successor position thereof) unless that person first:
(a) Has at least three years’ full-time experience in the area of purchasing; or
(b) Has received, from an accredited college or university, at least an associate degree, or equivalent; or
(c) Has at least three years’ full-time experience in the area of construction; or
(d) Has at least three years’ full-time experience in the area of minority or small business development and assistance; or
(e) Has at least two years’ full-time experience as an Equal Employment Coordinator or Equal Opportunity Officer.
