(a) The following officials and employees shall give individual bonds in the amounts as follows:

Director of Law | 5,000 |
Treasurer | 25,000 |
Trustees of Packard Park | 2,500 |
Auditorium Manager | 25,000 |
Effective January 1, 2002, the Tax Administrator shall give an individual bond in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).

(b) The Clerk of the Municipal Court shall be covered under the blanket position bond in an amount not less six thousand dollars ($6,000) to be determined by the Judge of the Municipal Court.
(c) All other officials and employees, except those enumerated in subsection (d), who otherwise qualify under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 3.06, shall be covered by a blanket position bond in the uniform amount of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), with the
following positions at additional coverage:

(d) The members of the following boards, committees and commissions are not required to give bond and shall not be included in the blanket position bond authorized in subsection (c):

Civil Service Commission | |
Planning Commission |
Or any other civic or advisory board authorized by ordinance or resolution.
(e) The Director of Public Service and Safety is authorized and directed to advertise for bids to purchase a blanket surety bond for all bonded City employees, the amount of whose bond is not authorized by statute.
