155.061 RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBERS.

All appointments made to various boards and commissions of the City whether made by Council, the Mayor or any other official of the City, shall be of persons who are residents of the City and who maintain their principal bonafide residence and voting address in the City.
