(a) Rule 3701-29-04, Ohio Sanitary Code, provides for the issuance of installation-operation permits. The fee for the permit is thirty dollars ($30.00).
(b) Rule 3701-29-05, Ohio Sanitary Code provides for the registration of installers of sewage disposal systems or parts thereof. A registration fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) and a two thousand dollar ($2,000) performance bond shall accompany the application.
(c) Rule 3701-29-06, Ohio Sanitary Code, provides for the registration of sewage tank cleaners. A registration fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first vehicle and ten dollars ($10.00) for each additional vehicle shall accompany the application. Each registration issued under this regulation shall expire annually on December 31.

(d) Rule 3701-29-10, Ohio Sanitary Code provides for the registration of soil studies. A registration fee of sixty dollars ($60.00) is required.
