154.01 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Neighborhood Block Watch/Safe Streets, Inc. Commission, which shall consist of seven members who shall serve without compensation. Effective October 1, 2002, the Commission shall consist of nine members, who shall serve without compensation.
