The Senior Citizens Advisory Commission shall make its reports and recommendations to the Health and Welfare Committee of Council and the Mayor and Director of Public Service and Safety, and the administration and the Health and Welfare Committee of Council, together with any other appropriate Committee, shall meet with the Senior Citizens Advisory Commission when so requested in order to review recommendations or discuss matters that would affect the senior citizens of the City.
