1510.05 RULE MAKING BY FIRE CHIEF.

For purposes of more fully insuring the implementation and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, the Fire Chief may promulgate, enact and enforce any reasonable rules and regulations not inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this chapter.
