1379.04 PERMIT NONTRANSFERABLE; TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP.

A permit is not transferable. When a person who holds a permit transfers his interest in or control of a guest establishment, he shall notify the Health Officer, in writing, within twenty-four hours. Such notice shall include the name and address of the person succeeding to the ownership or control of the guest establishment.
