1375.11 EXTERIOR SURFACES.

All exterior walls and surfaces shall be protected from the elements, shall be free from holes, breaks, loose or rotting materials; and maintained weatherproof and properly surface coated with an exterior covering that is similar or blends with the existing material, and where required to prevent deterioration, by paint or other approved protective coating.
