   1365.37 VACANT.
   “Vacant” means empty or unoccupied by human occupants.

   1365.38 DWELLING; DWELLING UNIT; ROOMING UNIT; PREMISES.
   Whenever the words “dwelling”, “dwelling unit”, “rooming unit” or “premises” are used in this Title Thirteen, they shall be construed as though they were followed by the words “or any part thereof”.

   1365.39 GUEST ESTABLISHMENT.
   “Guest establishment” means any rooming house, tourist home, motel or hotel.

   1365.40 USE OF ADJECTIVES.
   All adjectives and adverbs such as “adequate”, “approved”, “clean”, “convenient”, “effectively”, “good”, “sanitary”, “satisfactory”, “sufficient”, “safe”, or “suitable”, used in this Housing Code to qualify a person, utensils, equipment, or structure, shall be determined by the Health Official.
