   1365.33 SECURE.
   “Secure” means to close, lock, padlock or seal so as to prevent or prohibit the entrance of persons, animals and/or insects, rodents or other pests.

   1365.34 STABLE MATTER.
   “Stable matter” means all manure and other waste matter normally accumulated in or about a stable, or any animal, livestock or poultry enclosure and resulting from the keeping of animals, poultry or livestock.

   1365.35 STRUCTURE.
   “Structure” means that which is built or constructed; an edifice or building of any kind designed for habitation, shelter, storage, trade, manufacture, religion, government, business, education, and the like located within the jurisdiction of the City Health District. Also means a structure or edifice enclosing a space within its walls, and usually, but not necessarily, covered with a roof.

   “Supplied” means paid for, furnished, or provided by, or under the control of the owner or operator.
