143.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Legal proceedings under this chapter shall be brought only by the Director of Law, and such legal proceedings shall be brought only after the certification of a case to him by the Community Relations Board.
