1365.02 APPROVED MANNER OR APPROVED BY.

“Approved manner or approved by” as used in this chapter means a manner which is in accordance with existing minimum standards of Part Thirteen - Building Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City or those adopted by the City Board of Health.
