1343.01 NONCOMPLIANCE WITH FINAL ORDERS.

Whenever a person charged pursuant to this Property Maintenance Code for the maintenance of a structure or premises fails to comply with any final order as provided in this Property Maintenance Code, the Director of Law shall institute an appropriate action at law to effect compliance.
