1337.35 WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES.

Every window, door and frame shall be kept in sound condition, good repair and weather tight. All damaged or broken windows, and deteriorated or decayed sill, sash, molding, lintel, frame or trim thereof, shall be repaired or replaced.
