143.05 OFFICE SPACE; CLERICAL ASSISTANCE; EXPENSES.

The City shall provide such office space and clerical assistance as Council may approve upon request to it by the Community Relations Board. Other expenses of the Board shall be met by such appropriations as are made by Council for such purpose.
