143.03 TERM OF MEMBERS; VACANCIES.
   In the original appointments and elections of members of the Community Relations Board, one-third shall be appointed or elected to serve respectively for one, two and three-year terms. Thereafter, appointments and elections shall be for a three-year term. However, any appointment or election to fill a vacancy caused by the death, resignation or removal of a member shall be for the balance of such member's term, by the power which originally appointed or elected the member vacating.
   Any member of the Community Relations Board may be removed by the appointing or electing power.
