1329.04 USE OF RED LIGHTS.
   Any person having such permit, while engaged in moving any building on the public streets, lanes, alleys, public ways or public grounds of the City, and while occupying or using the streets, alleys, lanes, public ways or public grounds for such purpose, shall cause red lights to be placed on conspicuous places about the building or structure and any apparatus used in the moving of the same, so as to notify all persons approaching the building, structure or apparatus of the location and condition of the same. Red lights shall be kept burning during the dark hours of each twenty-four hours of the day.
