The fee for a permit for moving houses, garages or buildings of any kind over the streets, lanes, alleys, public highways or grounds of the City shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per story.
The fee for a permit for moving any small building, or a building of any kind, that is first hoisted on a trailer or carrier, and is moved by a power-driven vehicle over the streets, lanes, alleys, public highways or grounds of the City shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
