Every pool shall be equipped with a recirculating system capable of filtering the entire contents of the pool in twenty-four hours or less. This system must be in operation whenever the pool contains water.
Backflow prevention or air gap which conforms to the Ohio Plumbing Code as contained in the Ohio Administrative Code 4101: 2-51 must be installed.
