1327.08 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

No pool regulated by this chapter shall be hereafter constructed or established unless a permit to do so is first obtained from the Building Inspector. The fee for a permit shall shall be according to the fee schedule under Section 1309.01 (a).
