(a) All electrical wiring shall conform with the National Electrical Code of the National Fire Protection Association and shall be approved by the National Underwriters Laboratory in accordance with Article No. 680, which includes ground fault interrupters.
(b) If flood or other artificial light is used to illuminate the pool at night, none of the lights shall be used after 11:00 p.m. if the pool is located within 200 feet of any building used for dwelling purposes. The lights shall also be shielded to direct light only on the pool.
