The Residential Board of Appeals, having been previously created, shall remain in force and effect. Said Board shall consist of the Mayor, as chairperson, the Law Director and the Director of Engineering, Planning and Building, or their respective designees, and two members appointed by Council’s Engineering, Planning and Building Committee. The term of each member so appointed by Council’s Engineering, Planning and Building Committee shall be two years.
Said Board shall hear appeals regarding the Residential Building Code of the City of Warren. The Mayor’s executive secretary, or designee, shall be the recording secretary for the Residential Board of Appeals.
