1309.10 EXCEPTION; FEE.

If any residential building, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating or air conditioning work is considered, such as the replacement of a water heater, and the work, including labor and material, is valued at $300.00, or under, a minimum fee of $25.00 shall be charged the cost of the permit and inspection. All re-inspections shall be $15.00.
