   * Multifamily is defined as a two or three-family dwelling; any dwelling with four or more units shall be governed by the OBBC.
   ** Alteration/Addition plan review fee is based on the gross area of each floor level where the alteration or addition is to be made.

   (b)   Commercial and Industrial. Actual plan review cost incurred, but not less than $50.00, nor more than:
 
General and mechanical plans
$ 4.50 per 100 S.F.
Electrical plans
2.50 per 100 S.F.
Automatic sprinkler and other fire suppression system plans (all suppressed areas)


3.20 per 100 S.F.
   The applicant must pay a $50.00 processing fee at the time of plan review application. All fees associated with the plan review process are payable to the City within sixty (60) days from the date of plan approval.
   As to resubmittals, there shall be a charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the original plan examination fee as charged above for each resubmittal, but in no case less than $50.00 for each resubmittal.
