Whenever residential work or equipment is found to be contrary to the issued permit, or where any false statement or misrepresentation as to material fact in the permit application is determined, the City may revoke the issued permit and order a stop to the work until such issues are resolved.
Whenever commercial work or equipment is found to be contrary to the issued permit, or where any false statement or misrepresentations to material fact in the permit application is determined, the City shall take action in accordance with the OBC.
