An application for a permit shall be submitted in such form as the appropriate inspectors of the City Building Division may prescribe. However, such application shall contain, at a minimum, the full name and address of the applicant and of the owner, if different than the applicant, and if the owner is a corporate body, the name of its responsible officer. Drawings shall also accompany the application if the work proposed is covered under the OBC or CABO Codes.
