1303.04 RESPONSIBILITY OF BUILDING DIVISION.

All residential and commercial building permits as described in Chapter 1307 shall be issued only for the primary purposes of the planning and zoning permit as approved by the Planning and Zoning Division. No applicable building permit shall be issued until an approved planning and zoning permit is presented for the work to be performed in accordance with the building permit so requested.
