1303.01 PLANNING AND ZONING REVIEW; APPROVAL.

No person, firm, company or corporation shall apply for a residential or commercial building permit as described in Chapter 1307 without first filing with the City Planning and Zoning Division an application in writing, and obtaining a formal planning and zoning permit.
