(a) A current and complete copy of the Ohio Building Code (OBC), as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, effective March 1, 2005, and all subsequent revisions, additions, and appendices thereto, shall be, and is, on file with both the Clerk of Warren City Council, for inspection by the public, and the Trumbull County Law Library. The Clerk of Warren City Council shall and does, have available copies of same for distribution to the public at cost.
(b) A current and complete copy of the following portions of the Ohio Administrative Code as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards and as they existed on March 1, 2005, and all subsequent revisions and additions thereto, shall be, and are, on file with both the Clerk of Warren City Council, for inspection by the public, and the Trumbull County Law Library: Ohio Administrative Code 4101:1 - the Ohio Building Code, Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2 - the Ohio Mechanical Code, and Ohio Administrative Code 4101:3 - the Ohio Plumbing Code. The Clerk of Warren City Council shall, and does, have available copies of same for distribution to the public at cost.

(c) A current and complete copy of the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three Family Dwellings (as in effect on May 27, 2006), and all subsequent revisions, additions and appendices thereto, shall be, and are, on file with the Clerk of Warren City Council, for inspection by the public, and the Trumbull County Law Library. The Clerk of Warren City Council shall, and does, have available copies of same for distribution to the public at cost.
