(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by reference, as if set out at length herein, the Ohio Building Code (OBC), as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, effective March 1, 2005 and all subsequent revisions and additions thereto.
(b) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by reference, as if set out at length herein, the following portions of the Ohio Administrative Code as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards and as they exist on March 1, 2005, and all subsequent revisions and additions thereto: Ohio Administrative Code 4101:1 - the Ohio Building Code, Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2 - the Ohio Mechanical Code, and Ohio Administrative Code 4101:3 - the Ohio Plumbing Code. The City of Warren shall apply and enforce same.

(c) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by reference, as if set out at length herein, the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three Family Dwellings (as in effect on May 27, 2006), and all subsequent revisions, additions and appendices thereto, for the purpose of regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of one, two and three family dwellings and townhouses.
