An urban renewal plan may include, but not be limited to, the following:
(a) A description of the boundaries of the project area.
(b) A land use plan, together with a map or maps, showing proposed land uses in the urban renewal project area after renewal thereof, the proposed street layout, and the extent of public and private land ownership and uses proposed within the project area.
(c) A statement indicating the proposed permitted uses and development restrictions on property in the project area which is to be acquired by the City.
(d) A statement as to the kind and number of additional public facilities or utilities which will be required in the project area in connection with redevelopment or rehabilitation.
(e) A designation of proposed areas of land acquisition and proposed changes to applicable zoning.
In addition to the Urban Renewal Plan, reports and studies in support of the Urban Renewal Plan may be prepared and presented for review together with a proposed Urban Renewal Plan.
