   1159.03 HABITABLE DWELLING UNIT AREA REQUIREMENTS.
   The minimum habitable area of any dwelling unit in Senior Citizens Multi-Family Districts shall be as follows:
 
1 - bedroom unit
490 square feet
2 - bedroom unit
700 square feet
