137.11 SCOPE OF PROTECTION.

Upon payment of the fee provided in Section 137.05 and compliance with the other provisions of this chapter, the owner and occupants of the real estate described in the contract for fire protection shall be entitled to fire protection service in respect to all property located upon such real estate, whether attached to the land or otherwise.
