137.10 SUPERVISION OF FIREMEN AND EQUIPMENT AT FIRES.

The Fire Chief, or his designated assistants, shall have the sole supervision of City firemen and the fire equipment, and the amount of such equipment at a fire upon the premises of any contracting party.
