137.07 EXEMPTIONS.
   All buildings used not for profit and properly occupied exclusively for public worship, charitable purposes, public institutions of learning, graveyards, homes for poor children and those buildings belonging to any public authority created by law, or to the State or the United States government, used for public purposes, and all buildings legally exempted by the laws of the State and located outside of the corporate limits of the City, are exempted from the payment of the fee required herein, but otherwise shall conform to the terms of this chapter.
