Before any body may be buried in the Warren City Union Cemetery, the funeral director handling the funeral and/or burial of such body shall request permission to so bury from the Director of Public Service and Safety. Upon receiving such permission for burial, the funeral director shal1 obtain a burial permit from the City Health Department.
When such permission for burial is obtained from the Director of Public Service and Safety, and the requisite burial permit is obtained, the Director of Public Service and Safety shall make appropriate arrangements for such burial.
