927.04 REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF LIDS.

The owner, agent, person in charge or lessee of any dwelling, flat or apartment house shall furnish or see that his tenants are supplied with the containers mentioned in Section 927.02 or, in the case of apartment houses, other adequate means of disposing of garbage or refuse. (Ord. 12721-17. Passed 5-24-17.)

The lids of all containers referred to in this Chapter shall remain closed except when placing refuse therein or taking the same therefrom.
