131.08 DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY.

(a) The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to exert and implement, when applicable, on behalf of the City and the Police Department, each and every applicable provision of Ohio R.C. 2933.41.

(b) The proceeds from property disposed of pursuant to Ohio R. C. 2933.41 and this section shall be placed into the City's General Fund.
