(a) "Public grounds" includes parks, parkways, lanes, drives, roads, streets, alleys, curbs, sidewalks, boulevards and all lands owned by the City or dedicated to the City for public use.
(b) "Shrubbery" includes all types of shrubs, ornamental or otherwise, and any twigs, limbs, leaves or branches thereof situated in, on or extending over any public highway.
(c) "Trees" includes all types of trees, and any roots, trunks or branches thereof situated in, on or extending over any public highways.
(d) "Street trees" means trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on land lying between property lines on either side of all streets, avenues or ways within the City.
(e) "Park trees" means trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in public parks having individual names, and all areas owned by the City, or to which the public has free access as a park.
