129.16 DATA PROCESS SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT.

(a) There is hereby established a Data Process Systems Department within the Department of Public Service and Safety to be composed of a Manager of Data Process Systems and such other employees as may be authorized by Council.

(b) The Data Process Systems Department shall coordinate the computer-related functions of the City.
