129.15 OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT.

The Operations Department is composed of Street, Construction, Park, Maintenance and Storm Water Utility Divisions, within the Department of Public Service and Safety. The Operations Department shall continue to be composed of a department head known as the Director of Service Operations and other such employees as may be authorized by Council.
