A permit may be revoked at any time upon a determination by the office of the Director of Engineering, Planning and Building of using non-specified materials, or for faulty workmanship, or for failure to follow the plans, or the failure to follow the line and grade as instructed or as indicated on the plans, or as staked by the office of the Director of Engineering, Planning and Building.
