780.99 PENALTY.

Notwithstanding any provisions within the Codified Ordinances of the City, as amended, to the contrary, whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and each day during which the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
