For purposes of this chapter, "landscaping" means the planting of, caring for, maintaining, cutting or grooming of grass, flowers, shrubs, trees or plants. For purposes of this chapter, "person" means any sole proprietorship, partnership, co-partnership, corporation, association, joint venture or any other business entity or enterprise.
