129.02 ENGINEERING, PLANNING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT.

There is established the Engineering, Planning and Building Department, within the Department of Public Service and Safety, composed of the Director of Engineering, Planning and Building and such other employees as may be authorized by Council.

Any reference within the Codified Ordinances of the City of Warren, Ohio to “City Engineer” or “the City Engineer” shall be, and is, a reference, instead, to the City’s Director of Engineering, Planning and Building.
