There shall be delivered to each licensed driver of a taxicab, unless otherwise herein provided, an identification card which shall be inscribed or imprinted with the words, "Warren, Ohio, Taxi Driver No. ." Such license shall also contain the driver's full name, date of birth, height, weight, color of eyes, hair, current photograph, date of issuance, and license expiration date.
The license shall, under penalty of revocation, be constantly and conspicuously displayed in the vehicle of the driver, in full view of the passenger(s) during periods of on-duty employment. The license shall not be assigned or transferred to any other person. The licenses issued shall be numbered consecutively, beginning with the number "100." Any licensee who defaces, removes or obliterates any official entry made upon his/her license shall be punished by revocation of his/her license.
